What Pia has Borrowed

It seems Rina has her own reasons for not returning what she borrowed from Pia.

I went to see Rina in map, and instead, she tells me she took that red cape because Pia didn't return the items she borrowed from her. She said that she would return the cape if she gets her items back... the items are 1 Black Crystal, 1 Ancient Scroll, and 30 Medicine With Weird Vibes.

I paid off Pia's debt to Rina on her behalf and received the Red Cape in return. Now I just need to bring this back to Pia, right?
